tasks:

Support the principal in the classroom and the office with, amongst others,

• creating learning materials;
• supervising students (ages 6-14);
• organisation of admin, events, etc.;
• enquiries and
• marketing.

requirements:

• excellent written and spoken English (at least B2 level)
• functional computer skills
• police clearance (not older than 6 months)

personal qualities:

• enjoy working with children, even when they challenge you
• seek out new experiences, even if it's effort
• communicate effectively, even when you're upset, scared or tired
• love organising things & think logically

Details

Responsibilities:

Step in when our teachers are on leave or sick and carry out their duties, including

• preparing and giving Montessori lessons;
• supervising assistants and children;
• maintaining the classroom.

requirements:

• Be a Year 3 or Year 4 Montessori student or have a Montessori qualification
• Speak and write English well
• Have completed your practicum with us
• Have a police clearance (not older than 6 months)

personal qualities:

• enjoy working with children, even when they challenge you
• communicate effectively, even when you're upset, scared or tired
• be available with a few day's notice
